As an Instructional Designer with over 15 years of experience, I specialize in creating engaging, inclusive, and effective learning solutions across online, hybrid, and in-person modalities for diverse audiences. I collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and develop educational experiences that align with organizational vision, mission, needs, and goals while meeting learner expectations.
